Return Policy
- Return/exchange due to shipping error, defect, or damage, contact us within 30 days from receipt.
- All items subject to a restocking fee.
- Special Order items are non-refundable.
(Includes: hollow metal frames, doors, welded frames, borrowed lites, wood doors, & custom glass.)
Returns with original receipts up to 30 days:
- Any purchases made by:
- All Credit card payments will be refunded to the original credit card.
- Cash returns same day will be refunded in cash. After will issue check.
- Check payments will be refunded with check. (after 15 days to clear the bank)
- Material must be in original carton, in good working condition with all original parts & tools present.
Returns without a receipt:
- Account may be issued a credit based on the lowest selling price of the returned merchandise.
- Cash returns will be issued credit based on the lowest selling price of the returned merchandise.
- All material must be in original carton and in good working condition.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations of any welded or prepaid material is non-refundable.
(Includes – hollow metal frames, doors, borrowed lites and wood doors.)
- If able to return to stock, cancellation of any order may be subject to restocking fees. Labor is non-refundable.
Delivery on cash orders:
- Delivery charges apply.
- Orders must be prepaid.
